Chan selected as new literacy council exec. director
The Branch County Literacy Council, at its August meeting, confirmed the appointment of Lynda Chan as its new executive director. Chan is replacing Ruth Vanderpool-Combs, who after 10 years as the Literacy Council’s executive director, has returned to school to pursue a master’s degree in counseling.
